Product images and mockups are digital previews. Final products may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment material, print method, embroidery method, fabric batches, lighting, production tolerances, and normal manufacturing differences.
Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Production
Many The 86 Club products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Printful. This means items may be produced only after an order is placed.
Because products may be made specifically for each customer, production time is required before shipment. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.
Made-to-order production also means that returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or changes may be limited once production begins.
Orders and Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation means that the order was received by our store system. It does not always mean that the order has entered production, shipped, or been accepted without review.
All orders are subject to successful payment authorization, fraud screening, product availability, fulfillment capacity, shipping availability, and our right to cancel or refuse orders when necessary.
Pricing, Payments, Taxes, and Charges
Product prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time without notice.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information is accurate.
Taxes, shipping costs, duties, import fees, and other charges may be calculated at checkout depending on your location, selected products, shipping method, payment provider, and applicable laws.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing by The 86 Club.
Estimated delivery time may include fulfillment time plus carrier transit time. Delays may occur because of production volume, product availability, carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, wrong product selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, the customer should contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos of the issue.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed because made-to-order products may enter production quickly.

If customer accounts are enabled, customers may create or access an account to view orders, manage information, save addresses, or use features available through Shopify customer accounts.
You are responsible for keeping account login information secure.
Gift Cards, Store Credit, and Promotional Credits
If gift cards, store credit, or promotional credits are offered, they may only be used according to the terms shown at the time they are issued or purchased.
Discounts, Promotions, and Limited Offers
We may offer discounts, coupon codes, limited-time promotions, bundles, drops, special releases, or other offers.
