Shipping Policy Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how The 86 Club handles shipping for orders placed through our website. Our products may be produced on demand and fulfilled through Printful or other approved fulfillment partners. This policy only covers shipping, delivery estimates, carrier handoff, tracking, address accuracy, customs, and delivery-related responsibilities.
Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Many The 86 Club products are made to order. This means that an item may be printed, packed, and prepared only after an order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time. The estimated delivery window shown to the customer may include both fulfillment time and carrier transit time, depending on how the checkout or order confirmation displays the estimate.
Fulfillment Time
Fulfillment time is the time needed to prepare the product before it is handed to the shipping carrier. Because products may be made on demand, fulfillment is not the same as delivery. Printful generally states that standard fulfillment often takes 2–5 business days, but actual timing can vary depending on product type, order volume, fulfillment location, stock availability, and operational conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated by combining estimated fulfillment time with estimated shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. They are reasonable estimates based on the product, fulfillment location, destination, selected shipping method, and carrier conditions.
Shipping Time After Fulfillment
Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to a carrier, delivery time depends on the destination and selected shipping method. Domestic and international delivery windows may vary. Printful indicates that shipping time can depend on destination and method, with domestic orders generally taking fewer business days than international orders.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may vary by product, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier availability. Standard shipping, express shipping, or other available methods may appear at checkout when supported. The 86 Club may also choose shipping settings based on the fulfillment partner’s available rates and options.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates may be calculated based on product category, product size, item weight, packaging requirements, destination, and the selected shipping method. For orders fulfilled by Printful, shipping rates may follow Printful’s rate structure for similar product categories and shipping regions. Shipping charges shown at checkout are the charges applicable to the order at that time.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation
After placing an order, the customer may receive an order confirmation. A shipping confirmation may be sent once the order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier. When tracking is available, the shipping confirmation may include tracking information or a link to follow the shipment.
Tracking Information
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method, carrier, destination, and fulfillment partner. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created or after the carrier receives the package. The 86 Club is not responsible for carrier systems failing to update tracking in real time.
Carrier Responsibility After Handoff
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. The 86 Club and its fulfillment partners may assist with available tracking information, but carrier delays, routing changes, weather events, service disruptions, customs handling, local delivery practices, and missed scans are outside our direct control.
Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, building names, postal codes, city, state or region, country, and any required delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional shipping costs.
Address Changes After Order Placement
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. Because some orders may enter fulfillment quickly, The 86 Club may not be able to modify the shipping address once production, packing, label creation, or carrier handoff has started. Customers should contact support as soon as possible if they notice an address error.
Multiple Shipments
An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different facilities, require different packaging, belong to different shipping categories, or are completed at different times. Separate shipments may have separate tracking numbers and may arrive on different dates.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary by destination, product type, carrier, and fulfillment location. International orders may take longer than domestic orders due to distance, carrier routing, customs procedures, import processing, holidays, or local postal operations.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other government charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by The 86 Club. Unless clearly stated at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs, duties, taxes, or import fees required for delivery.
Customs Delays
International shipments may be delayed by customs review, documentation checks, import restrictions, local holidays, or government processing times. These delays are outside the direct control of The 86 Club, Printful, and the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates for international orders should be treated as estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Unavailable Shipping Destinations
Some destinations may be unavailable for shipping due to carrier limitations, fulfillment restrictions, legal restrictions, temporary service suspensions, product restrictions, or operational limitations. If an order cannot be shipped to the provided destination, The 86 Club may contact the customer to request an updated address or provide available options.
Delivery Attempts and Local Pickup
Some carriers may require a delivery attempt, signature, pickup from a local facility, or additional action by the customer. The customer is responsible for following carrier instructions when a delivery notice, pickup notice, or customs notice is issued. Failure to respond to carrier notices may result in delays or the package being returned by the carrier.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, the customer should first check the delivery location, mailbox, front desk, building office, parcel locker, neighbors, household members, and any carrier delivery notes. The 86 Club may review available tracking information, but packages marked as delivered are generally considered completed by the carrier unless the carrier confirms an issue.
Lost or Stalled Shipments
If tracking appears stalled or a package may be lost, the customer should contact The 86 Club support with the order number and shipping details. We may review tracking, contact the fulfillment partner when appropriate, or advise the customer to contact the carrier. A shipment may need to remain without movement for a reasonable carrier investigation period before it can be treated as lost.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur because of high order volume, fulfillment backlogs, carrier disruptions, weather, incorrect addresses, customs processing, holidays, regional restrictions, or events outside our control. The 86 Club will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information when available, but we cannot guarantee that every order will arrive within the original estimate.
Pre-Transit and Label Created Status
A tracking number may show as “label created,” “pre-transit,” or a similar status before the carrier scans the package. This does not always mean the package is delayed or lost. Tracking may update after the carrier receives and scans the shipment, and scan timing can vary by carrier and facility.
Split Fulfillment Locations
Products may be fulfilled from different locations depending on product type, inventory, production capacity, destination, and Printful’s fulfillment network. The fulfillment location may affect shipping time, tracking, packaging, and whether items in the same order arrive together or separately.
Business Days
Shipping and fulfillment estimates are generally measured in business days unless otherwise stated. Business days usually exclude weekends, public holidays, carrier holidays, and fulfillment center closures. Orders placed late in the day may begin processing on the next business day.
No Guaranteed Delivery Date Unless Stated
Unless The 86 Club expressly provides a guaranteed delivery date in writing, all delivery windows are estimates. Selecting a faster shipping method may reduce carrier transit time, but it does not always eliminate fulfillment time or delays outside our control.
